  Terrible customer experience. Ordered delivery and was called back saying that they changed their delivery area last night. A week before someone delivered to my door. When I asked when they changed their delivery area they told me it happened last month. I have had delivery from there twice in the last two weeks. Walked in to pick up last night's order and stood there for 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone to pick up my order. When I got home the pizza was cold and I ended up having to recut the entire pizza myself.

  Awful customer service. Waited in person for thirty minutes without even a greeting. There was a line, everyone was blatantly ignored. Three separate parties left out of disgust. This was an hour and a half after our order was placed, and it had not even been started. Of course, at first we were lied to that our order was in the oven. Bullshit. Meanwhile, Papa John's employee's were busy, smoking outside. The only good thing I have to say is they started a refund in the store for what money was paid online. How long will that take Papa John's?
